These candid shots are of people with whom Aida Al Rowas, the photographer, interacted with during her travels across the Sultanate and enjoyed their warmth and hospitality; it was these interactions and engagements during her first visit to the Sultanate that drew her in, and started a new chapter in her life where Oman became her home for over forty years.
